For New patient appointment or any office matter, please call us at office number. If no one picks up, please leave us a detailed message including your First & Last name, Date of Birth, call back number and reason for the call.  We check our voicemails periodically and will get back to you. If it is urgent, please call us back in 5 minutes. 

For Medical emergencies, please go to nearest emergency room or call 911.  Dr Patel sees his patients at 'Community Medical Center' at Toms River, NJ .  Once you get checked by ER physician, please have them notify Dr Patel of your status.
